What is Emporio San Vigilio?
Emporio San Vigilio is the online shop of Locanda San Vigilio, a hotel on Punta San Vigilio, Lake Garda, Italy, founded in 1498 and its sister home on the lake, Parco San Vigilio. Emporio sells mementoes from the Locanda and Parco as well as products used on-site and gift vouchers to give the Lake Garda experience to a loved one.
Where is Locanda San Vigilio?
Locanda San Vigilio is on Punta San Vigilio, a point on the eastern shore of Lake Garda, in the province of Verona, northern Italy. The nearest town is Garda, and the nearest airport is Verona Villafranca, about 39 kilometres away.
Do I need to have stayed at the hotel to order?
No. Emporio San Vigilio welcomes anyone into our world, whether or not you have visited Locanda San Vigilio.
What does Emporio San Vigilio sell?
Emporio San Vigilio currently has five sub-collections:
The Walls Prints drawn from historic postcards, artworks and photographs of San Vigilio.
The Water's Edge The robes and towels the hotel and Parco offers guests.
The Table The tablecloths, napkins, olive oil and ice bucket used at Locanda and Taverna San Vigilio.
The Terrace The outdoor chairs and sofa from the Locanda restaurant and Taverna San Vigilio.
The Gift The gift of the experience at Punta San Vigilio.
Ordering & Payment
When does Emporio San Vigilio open?
Emporio San Vigilio opens for preorders on 4th September 2026, and orders will be delivered from October.
What is a preorder?
A preorder reserves an item before it is dispatched. You pay at the time of ordering and the item ships when stock is ready.
What is a preorder?
Preorders placed from 4th September 2026 are scheduled to ship from the 1st of October as soon as stock is available. You will receive an email with tracking when your order leaves.
Which payment methods does Emporio San Vigilio accept?
Emporio San Vigilio accepts credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders may be able to be changed before they are dispatched - contact the Emporio team with a request.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat €25 per order to every destination Emporio San Vigilio ships to, excluding gift cards that are delivered digitally, prints that are €5 shipping and furniture shipping costs are by request.
Which countries does Emporio San Vigilio ship to?
All of the EU, and the UK.
Will I pay customs duties or import tax?
Orders within the European Union include Italian VAT and carry no further charges on arrival. Orders outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom, may incur import duties and taxes charged by the destination country and payable by the recipient.
Can I collect my order at Locanda San Vigilio?
Collection on site will be available from April 2027.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Returns or exchanges are offered; however, we do require the customer to pay return postage and packaging.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact Emporio within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the damage. Emporio San Vigilio will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Are the prints originals or reproductions?
The prints in The Walls collection are reproductions, drawn from our archive of images of Punta San Vigilio.
